Franklin Reed Dulany, Jr., 91, of Savannah, died peacefully at home on Tuesday, April 26th, 2022 with his wife and caregivers at his side. Reed was born on January 5, 1931 to Mary Lois Howard Dulany and Franklin Reed Dulany at Telfair Hospital in Savannah. He attended Charles Ellis Elementary and Richard Arnold Middle schools.
